About this event

Effective Communication & Goal Setting with Your Teen and/or Adult

This training will provide caregivers the opportunity to learn how to identify abilities, challenges, and how to set realistic goal(s) for their teen/adult. Caregivers will learn effective strategies on how to support the teen/adult in achieving their goal(s) and how to manage and reward their progress.

The Daniel Jordan Fiddle Foundation Transition and Adult Programs Team is offering a four-part webinar series to help families support their teens and adults develop important skills while at home during the COVID-19 crisis. The goal of this series is to provide parents with strategies to effectively communicate with their teens and adults, while building new skills to make them more independent at home.
